Yagan Square Re-development

Environmentally Smart Yagan Square

The Yagan Square re-development is a fine example of recycling equipment to be re-purposed in this new hospitality hub in central Perth.
Often large-scale building redevelopments and modifications dispose of the mechanical equipment to waste.

However, on this occasion Project Air Conditioning in cooperation with the proprietors and construction company, Builden have worked on a re-design, which utilizes the existing air conditioning and ventilation equipment along with installing re-cycled equipment from other sites. Other environmentally sound strategies have been employed by Project Air Conditioning contracting and duct fabrication knowledge and skills has been by re-working some of the old ductwork and integrating it with new duct to suit the new building design and fit out.

Office modification fit outs can be expensive to end users, however with a prudent approach significant costs savings are possible with the added benefit of being environmentally smart.
