The Tempo building is an architectural standout among the eclectic array of Subiaco buildings of the 19th, 20th and 21st century. Project Air Conditioning has been servicing and maintaining the air conditioning in this modern four-level complex for many years now.
The air conditioning serving the building is via many multiples of Hitachi split ducted equipment which are positioned in the open area plant area on the roof. Refrigerant piping and control cables weave through the core of the building throughout ceiling cavities and vertical risers.
Project Air Conditioning have been an essential part of the scheduled maintenance and systems upgrade programme and liaise regularly with the building owners, strata managers, tenants and engineers to ensure the continuity of air conditioning operation.
