This office in Osborne Park has been transformed from a motor re-winding workshop to become a stylish office suite with a ground and mezzanine floor.
The air conditioning has been designed and installed by Project Air Conditioning to create a sleek and discrete appearance with a single distribution slot on two sides of the ground floor allowing the conditioned air to diffuse quietly and evenly throughout the office space. Cleverly designed bulkheads have been built to conceal ducts and conventional air grilles.
