About the company and culture;

We are a progressive contractor who currently operates within commercial new development and refurbishments. We have been trading over 10 years with and an established client base. As a result we are now seeking an experienced Project Manager who will grow our customer base as well as adding value with sales, estimating and engineering. 

Your new role; 

Reporting directly to the general manager and group director you will be responsible for everyday management of commercial new developments, managing sub-contractors and builders, understanding and managing labour programs, materials and on site finances. You will be given all the tools you need to deliver these projects on time and with-in budget.

Delegated Authority

In this position you are delegated the authority to represent the company in the capacity sales engineering, estimating and project management of commercial and residential air conditioning, heating, cooling and general mechanical.

Qualifications and Licences

  • Have a current “A” class driver’s licence.

Core Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • You shall be able to competently manage tradespeople people in relation  to the installation of air conditioning and mechanical equipment and ancillary components into a wide variety of applications.
  • The role will also encompass:
  • Client liaison
  • Supplier liaison
  • Liaison with general management, project managers and administration staff.

A sales engineer / project manager is required to accept ownership of responsibility to adhere to any relevant regulatory guidelines or requirements, and the policies and procedures of the company, when carrying out duties.

  • To provide a Federal Police Clearance Certificate within one month of commencement date
  • To satisfactorily pass a full pre-employment medical examination
